Responsible for selling Arkovi’s software as a service. Candidate must be articulate, energetic and highly motivated. Experience selling SaaS solutions in financial services considered very valuable!

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on sales with targeted accounts
  • Generate high volume of contacts into prospective accounts
  • Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Consistently meet individual and team sales quota
  • Effectively qualify customers to assess their needs
  • Direct report to senior management and will work closely with marketing and customer care teams to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience and record of success in corporate sales, preferably consultative and technology-focused
  • Proven inside sales skills

Business Analyst

A position focused on data analysis, implementation preparation and data modeling. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience with enterprise SQL-based systems, SQL reporting and report design.

Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis on SQL-based systems
  • Report design and production
  • Demonstrate and document reporting procedures
  • Review, manage and participate in testing procedures
  • Documentation projects
  • Direct report to senior management and will work closely with marketing and customer care teams

Customer Service Representatives
