Quick Start Guide

The RegEd Quick Start Guide is a short introduction to using our social media archiving to help you get going so you can maximize your use of social media networks. The following takes you through 5 simple steps for using Arkovi. For additional help you can request support via emailor call us toll free at +1-800-334-8322, Option 8. Also - don’t miss out on our extensive training materials on each element of the system.

Once you are signed up for RegEd Social Media Archiving, you will receive an email from [email protected] requesting you click on a link to confirm your email address in our system. With this step complete - you may login using the email address and password you set when signing up.

If you do not see an email from [email protected] within five (5) minutes - please review your spam folders/filters to see if our message is there.

Account Management
Log into Arkovi and proceed to Account Management. This is your console for adding and authorizing social networks. To get started you may manage the email address (also your login username) and password, as well as add your bit.ly key for tracking shortened URL’s used when posting to social networks.

Add Social Accounts


Adding social accounts is easy on this same page. Use the various sections naming each social network (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, etc.) to add and authenticate each of the accounts you manage that are to be archived.

Accessing Your Archives

You have options when it comes to managing the data you are archiving. You can access all data on-screen, in the browser by using icons on the Dashboard page (see below) or accessing the Dashboard in the menu at the top of all pages on when logged in, to see all archive activity.

Publishing Content to Social Networks

We offer a unified publishing capability with scheduler to enable you to publish to one or many social networks on your preference and schedule. This includes support for publishing to YouTube. You can access our publishing tools using the Content menu.
