As of March 9, 2013 - we have added direct user management into the system for modifying existing users. We also made it easier to add additional users using the signup code you received initially in a PDF Getting Started Guide.

1. To add new users - simply send them the following link and replace the 12345678 with your own signup code:
1. https://socialmedia.reged.com/signup.php?code=12345678 (your signup code goes here - replacing 12345678)
2. To make managing existing users easier - you can to Account and Enterprise Settings when logged into the system as Master user
1. on the Enterprise Settings page - below the Lexicons section you will see a section titled Accounts You Oversee (see screen shot below)
2. For any user in the list - you can click on Edit to modify their status - the statuses are as follows:
1. Active - active user who is archiving ongoing
2. InActive - no longer archive new data but preserve history
3. Closed - no longer archive and no longer show any data historically in our account or reports (we do not delete the history - it is no longer visible)
