1) The Search menu allows you to keyword or phrase search across some or all archived data and either export to Excel or view on screen. You can also save searches here and they show up under Saved search.
2) You can use Keyword Reports and put in one keyword or phrase per line (no limit to lines) or copy and paste in lines of keyword and phrases you already have. You can then select the platforms and frequency to run the report. This will run against archived data and deliver a report to your inbox on the frequency you choose.

There are some enterprise settings at the enterprise tier which you will not experience in the trial. We are more than happy to run a quick 30 minute live demo for you to see those.
