Stored messages – organized by account, platform and type – are quickly retrieved if needed

At the center of Arkovi Social Media Archiving is search. Searching the archives has never been easier with choices for what content you would like to retrieve as well as filters for date range (and for enterprise accounts, by users as well).

Results are returned in a clickable grid with columns that can be sorted on screen and tools for exporting search results to Excel. If you find a search you will return to frequently, you can click on the disk icon to save the search as a Report (found subsequently under the Reports menu) and can run it on demand at any time.
