Our Support Process

You can access customer service in a number of ways - including by phone, email, on this support site as well as via Facebook and Twitter. To contact us for customer support the two most common methods are by email us at [email protected] or by opening a new ticket here on this site. Additionally, if you contact us at 866-222-2334 you can get assistance there. If you leave a voicemail - it opens a ticket on this system for us to access and work with you. Lastly - you can tweet us or direct message us at @regedarkovi or visit us on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/regedarkovi to ask us for assistance.

Our target goal for providing a resolution/initial response to your requests for assistance is within 24 business hours. We allow for customers 3 business days to respond to our post and if they have not responded by then, we will send a follow up post. If we still receive no response within 2 business days from the follow up post then we will reach out to them via phone and/or email.

Also, we have created a procedure for following up with with you if your support ticket was submitted through the voicemail system. Our initial reply is to give you a callback at the number provided in the voicemail and if we are unable to reach you, we will leave a voicemail. In the voicemail we will state that we will send you a follow up email to the address that we have on file. Also, our Customer Service Team notates here in the support center when they have reached out toyou and any additional steps that were taken to contact you.
